Made up of the right people and the right culture is of the highest importance for PrairieCare. Methods for staffing PrairieCare and refining their processes for curating the vision for their are not seen as obstacles, instead, they see them as opportunities. Refining the external message for when PrairieCare engages their community is priority. Focusing on the message for how mental health is consumed by the patient, the caregiver and how that is being shared with the community and how it is being consumed is a win for everyone and is the obvious next move. Expanding into new markets increases the real possibility that PrairieCare could be on the horizon to normalizing a visits to mental health clinics. Knowledge is power. Once the general public validates the treatments delivered the stigma will be lifted and public pressure to normalize mental health issues will force insurance companies to address the compensation issues with more clarity in the future.
